Blade (刀身): Forged in Damascus steel, this blade shows a one-of-a-kind pattern recalling the dynamic flow of water. Damascus steel, known for its durability and resistance to breakage, offers a balance of flexibility and strength that appeals to collectors.

Guard (tsuba 鍔): The sculpted, gilded copper guard is decorated with traditional Japanese motifs, illustrating scenes or elements of nature. Copper, used for its malleability and beauty, is often chosen to add an aesthetic dimension without compromising function.

Scabbard (saya 鞘): The black lacquered wood of the saya is embellished with a vivid dragon motif, symbolising power and wisdom. The lacquer protects against the elements and gives a smooth, glossy finish that sets off the detailed artwork.

Handle (tsuka 柄): Covered in genuine white rayskin, the handle gives a firm, durable grip. Rayskin, with its distinctive granular surface, offers exceptional grip as well as a touch of opulence.
