Forged in San-Mai lamination and given a \"Red Roast\" finish, the steel glows with deep coppery and amber tones, while the rippling hada runs down the blade like embers moving beneath ash.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSan-Mai construction places a hard, high-carbon core between two softer outer layers. The result brings together the best of both worlds: an edge that keeps its bite and sides that absorb shock and resist breakage.
